M.P. Denver -- 04/19/2017 (yelp review) Despite blowing out sprinklers, we had a cracked ball valve. Quotes for this repair ranged from $175 to over $300. What the contractors won't tell you is that using the same failed technology probably means the likelihood of the same repair every year. This is the only company that I know of that offers a valve that will never have the same problem again. The freeze proof valve has a freeze plug that prevents damage to the valve. Genius! Don't let a contractor replace a damaged valve with the same old technology just so that they have the same business from you next year. Demand the freeze proof valve. If you're a DIYer, these valves are at some Ace hardware stores like the Thornton location on 120th or online. Soooo happy to have found Complete Sprinklers and the freeze proof valve! Complete Sprinklers came out and added a zone to my system in back yard. Ron had great attention to detail as to what exactly I wanted done. The finished product turned out better than I anticipated... Will use again for anything else I need on my sprinklers. 6 star rating! Great Company....
